Senior Audit Analyst Description:
This key analytical
position will have a direct role in the
data collection, analysis and reporting
on client contracts, network profiles and
telecommunications usage patterns of a high
profile, customer base. Requires high attention
to detail and the ability to distill meaningful
insight from large amounts of raw data.
Previous experience either at a telephone
company or audit experience at a service
vendor or user. Working in a small, dynamic
firm in an unstructured environment, this
position requires a multi-talented, analytical
individual that is very knowledgeable in
local and long distance telecom products,
services and billing systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead client data source
materials regarding local and long distance
telecom services, contracts and network
profiles.
- Customer Service Records and Electronic
billing from Telcos. "
- Extract and perform detailed analysis
of customer usage data from local and
long distance carrier's invoicing media.
" Develop client usage demand sets to
be used as a baseline for carrier negotiations
and comparisons.
- Interface with Ariel Link project managers
and Client staff for result presentations.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience, at least
3 must be in telecommunications.
- Detailed knowledge in telecom services
offered by local and long distance carriers
and the nuances of pricing structures
and ratings.
- Detailed, analytical database background,
supported by excellent computer skills;
MS Excel, MS Access. "

Position is responsible for prospecting,
qualifying, developing and closing on target
accounts. In addition to producing new prospects,
up selling new products and services to
existing clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two to five years of related sales experience,
preferably in a telecommunication outsourcing,
telecom services, or business process
outsourcing related field to multi-site
accounts.
- Requires solid selling and marketing
skills, with a proven and progressive
track record.
- Must possess strong financial and business
acumen with the ability to identify overall
business value resulting from a new business
partnership.
- Demonstrated effective negotiation and
closing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and
maintain effective relationships with
prospective and existing customers.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication
skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Solid time management and organization
skills.
- BS/BA degree in Business Management
(marketing/sales/business administration
